This website (baselinestudio.org) is a business-to-business marketing site directed at coaches, administrators, and parents of youth sports organizations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.
Our clients are youth sports organizations whose own websites may collect data about players and families. As Baseline Studio acts as a service provider and data processor for those clients, each client site carries its own privacy notice covering the data collected about players and parents in that context. Baseline Studio builds those sites to comply with COPPA requirements, including: directing all data collection at parents rather than children, collecting only the minimum information necessary, and providing parents with the ability to review, correct, or delete their child's information upon request.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 through this site, please contact us immediately at info@baselinestudio.org and we will delete it promptly.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We collect only the information necessary for the stated purpose and do not retain it beyond what is needed. We do not use contact form data for any purpose other than responding to the inquiry that generated it.
We retain contact form submissions and correspondence only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected or as required by law. If no business relationship results from an inquiry, we will delete your data within 12 months. Where a client relationship exists, data is retained for the duration of the agreement and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal and accounting obligations.
Where third-party processors operate outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.
